Job Description

BridgeGap Consults Limited – Our client operating within the food services sector is recruiting suitable candidates who be act as Shared service coordinator. The candidate is to ensure effective administration of assigned processing tasks and service queries, data processing and administration, problem solving and resolving customers’ queries with a high attention to detail.

 

Principal Duties:

To take responsibility for ensuring accurate and correct employee training information is inputted on to HR.NET, including creating and closing course sessions. Reviewing and promoting upcoming training courses and maintaining course waiting lists.

Secure and book suitable training venues and locations for larger training events

Prepare Training Materials for Care Certificate Courses

To act as first point of contact for all HR and Training related queries, including but not limited to updating and publishing the Annual Training schedule

To act as point of contact for external Training suppliers, for example First Aid, H&S, Moving & Handling and Minibus

Support the applicant to employee on boarding process, ensuring starter forms are provided to payroll according

Provide Super User support and advice for applicants and hiring managers using the recruitment system

Maintain HR systems with changes or user set ups

Maintain HR documents Paper personnel files

Administering the employee lifecycle; including but not limited to starters, changes to terms and conditions, transfers and leavers processes

Requesting and providing employment references

To support the development and implementation of Shared Services through HR & Training Administration process improvement.

Any other duties as delegated by the Shared Service Team Lead.

 

Requirements

To attend Care Certificate Training Induction

To participate in staff meetings

To participate in personal development review

Degree in Human resources or related discipline

Proficiency in MS Office applications is an added advantage

Strong communication and teamwork skills
