Job Description

BridgeGap Consults Limited seeks to recruit qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management and should be able communicate with directors and senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions aligning with the company’s culture.

 

Responsibilities

Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance

Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department

Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances productivity and retention

Provide HR policy guidance

Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning

Identify training needs for teams and individuals

Evaluate training programs

Suggest new HR strategies

Collect attendance from the field staff and report same to team leader

 

Requirements

Proven work experience as an HR business partner

Excellent people management skills

Analytical and goal oriented

Previous experience in human resources, professional development, and training, or employee relations a plus

Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including workers’ compensation, union relations, and federal and state employment laws

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Thorough knowledge of labor legislation

Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices

Degree in Human Resources, Business management or related field
