Job Description

Bridgegap consults limited is currentlyrecruiting suitable candidates within lekki and its environs for the role of customer support officer. The customersupport officer will attract potential and manage existing customers by respondingto queries related to products and services, process orders and fulfillcustomer’s needs to ensure customer’s satisfaction.


Eligibility: Current Batch B, stream 1 2019 corps members


Job responsibilities

Interact with customers via various platforms phone, email,chat, mobile chat and on the platform

Identify and access customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Build sustainable relationship of trust through open andinteractive communication

Handle customer contacts in a professional manner usingeffective communication skills



Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills

Multitasking abilities

Proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to work

Proficient in microsoft office suite (excel,word and powerpoint)

Bsc in any social sciences, arts or physical science field

Must be a corp member serving in lagos who is yet to get aPPA.
